Now duplicate it, so that you have 2
Leave one as a deg. 1
and
Convert the other one in CP. to geom: 4,4,1,1. this will give it a central CV.
(Hide the deg. 1 PL)
I am showing you the simple work-flow here,
I would add another stg. & pull the 3 middle Cvs on each boundary but NOT the 4 corner CVs
AND if you really want to do it properly, use a disk instead of a rectangle, but that’s more complicated as you have to pull in 2 directions
Itersect the Deg. 1 PL. with the Body
Put a 3 point CP. on the crv-set and put it in True-View in F5
Deg. 1 PL.Create a crv-set 5mm. inside
and then project the inner crvs. onto the plane
Hide the crvs.
